The DeVilbiss High School Class of 1960 Held its Forty-Year Reunion on
June 10, 2000--It Was A Spectacular Event, Worthy of the New Millenium!

Starting with the May 28, 2000 site update, this page will list significant updates, new pages, new memorabilia, etc.

May 28, 2000   Added this site History page. Added class Trips page. Added more e-mails to the Recollections page. Added Prism Nov. 25, 1959. Added new section for Pot O' Gold pictures.

June 3, 2000   Added Old Orchard photos to the elementary school page. Added more e-mails to the recollections page.

June 18, 2000  Restructured site to add a Reunion Album. Moved the planning and event announcement pages under the Reunion Album as Archives. Added initial photos to the album pages for our tour through the old school, the Main Event, Brunch, Wine & Cheese, and Other. About 50 photos were added. More will be added gradually. Added information on ordering videos.

June 24, 2000  Added pics to Main Event and Building Tour pages. Added a note to our class from Conrad Lippincott, our videographer.

July 2, 2000  Added pictures sent by Nancy Goodman Zerner to the Main Event page. Thanks Nancy!

July 9, 2000  Added pictures of the DHS building tour. That is all I have of the old building. If you have any better shots, please send them.

July 15, 2000  Added the rest of the pictures I took on the Arawanna Wine & Cheese Cruise. If you have any better shots, please send them. Also added shirt ordering information!

July 22, 2000   Added a special award to the Home Page. Added some picture contributions from Sue Alexander to the Main Event and Building Tour Pages. Split the Main Event page into two pages, moving oldest shots to the new page. Added Barbara Buehrer to our In Memoriam page. We are not certain when she died.

July 30, 2000   Split the Main Event page again. There are now three main event pages. The most recent additions are on the Main Event page. More and More 2 pages contain the rest of the pictures. Be sure to check the additions to the Reunion Album page. 

August 6, 2000  A change of pace this week! Thanks to Dave Wise, I had some material from a 1934 Pot O' Gold to work from! I built a small site located at www.dhs1960.com/dhs1934 to house these treasures! Be sure to visit it! Check the faculty pages and read the OCR scans of a few text pages. Lots of familiar names! Please let me know if you enjoy old class material or not!

August 13, 2000.  Added more pics to the Main Event page. One was submitted by Dave Stout and the rest represent the last of my snapshots. If you have some good ones to share, please send them to me. Also added a couple of Dave Stout's pics to the Other pics page. Last, I added a Links page. This is not the links to classmate's Web sites! That page will be added later. This links page is to other DHS class sites and to other links that may be of specific interest to our class. If you have any suggested additions for the links page, send them along!

August 20, 2000   Our site is now certified as 100% Cookie-Free by the National Anti-Cookie League. NACL Logo was added to our Home page. This week Ovid sent some copies from his mother's 1935 Pot O' Gold so I built another small site for that material. It is at www.dhs1960.com/dhs1935 and it contains some interesting photos and material. Check out the writeup on Page Stadium and the duties of the DHS Commissioners and Student Council.

Sept 3, 2000  Broke the Prism pages down by year and added five issues. Be sure to check it out! Many thanks to Ron Thompson for loaning them!

Sept. 10, 2000  Added four more Prism issues, including the last one published by our class. Issues added: Mar. 10, 1959, Mar. 2, Apr13, and May 25, 1960. These were also courtesy of Ron Thompson. Thanks again Ron!

Sept. 17, 2000  Added the memorabilia collection loaned by Tom Smiczek. While the collection eventually should be spread around the site, I put it all on one page for the time being. This will make it easier to find the new material. It's a large page so be patient while it loads. It's worth the wait. Also added acknowledgments to the Prism main page.

Oct. 15, 2000  Built a site for the 1933 Pot 'O Gold. This book contains many interesting photos, many of which are now in the new site. It contains nearly 2mb of pictures so some pages will be slow to load but worth the wait. Enjoy! The book was loaned by Marjorie Ostrander, Doug (Scott) Laumann's mother.

November 12, 2000  Added links to our Tiger Plaza Web Site from this site and officially opened the Tiger Plaza Web Site.
